Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between your business (“you”) and PT DVNCI TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA (“Venoo”, “we”, “us”). Venoo is a product of PT DVNCI TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA. By creating an account, accepting an invoice, or using Venoo, you agree to these terms. If you use Venoo for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
1. What Venoo does
Venoo gives your business an online booking form, a dashboard with a calendar, and automatic booking messages (by WhatsApp and email) to you and your customers. We may improve, change or remove features over time. If we remove a feature you pay for, we will tell you first.
2. Your account
- Give us true and up-to-date business details.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
- Tell us right away at support@usevenoo.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- Only add staff who work for your business. You are responsible for what they do in Venoo.
3. Price, free month and payment
- The price and any free month or booking guarantee are shown on our pricing page at usevenoo.com or in a written offer from us. The offer you accepted applies to you.
- We invoice monthly in advance in Singapore dollars (SGD). Invoices are due within 14 days.
- Prices do not include taxes. You pay any taxes that apply.
- If an invoice is more than 14 days late, we may pause your account until it is paid. Your booking form will stop taking new bookings while paused.
- We may change our prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing month after the notice ends.
4. No lock-in: cancelling
- You can cancel any time by emailing support@usevenoo.com or using the dashboard (when available).
- Your account stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.
- We may end this agreement with 30 days’ notice for any reason, and refund any fees paid for time after the end date.
- We may suspend or end your account straight away if you seriously break these terms, misuse Venoo, or put our service, other users or your customers at risk.
5. Your bookings and your customers
- Your customers book with your business, not with Venoo. Your business is responsible for the services, prices, quotes, and the work you do, and for any agreement you make with your customers.
- Keep your services, opening hours and blockout dates up to date in Venoo, and honour bookings made through your form, or contact the customer to change them.
- Venoo shows your customers the times you set as available. We are not responsible for double bookings, missed appointments or lost business caused by wrong settings.
6. WhatsApp and email messages
- Venoo sends booking messages on your behalf: confirmations, reminders, review requests, and alerts to you. These are sent from a Venoo number or address and name your business.
- Messages are for the customer’s booking only. You may not use Venoo to send advertising or bulk messages.
- Your customers can stop review requests and reminders at any time. We will respect that.
- WhatsApp is run by Meta. You agree to follow WhatsApp’s business rules when you use Venoo. If Meta limits or blocks our messages, we will send by email instead where we can.
- We do our best to deliver every message, but we cannot promise that every message arrives or arrives on time.
7. Personal data
- You own your business data and your customers’ data. We use it only to run Venoo for you, to support you, and to keep the service safe and working.
- For your customers’ personal data (for example, name, phone, email, car details and booking notes), your business is the organisation responsible under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Venoo acts as your data intermediary.
- As your data intermediary, we will: (a) only use your customers’ data to provide Venoo to you or as the law requires; (b) protect it with reasonable security; (c) not keep it longer than needed, and delete it after this agreement ends as set out below; (d) tell you without undue delay, and within 48 hours of finding out, about any data breach affecting your customers’ data, and help you deal with it.
- You must collect, use and share your customers’ data in line with the PDPA. The notice on your booking form tells your customers their details go to your business.
- We use trusted service providers to run Venoo (for hosting, database, email and WhatsApp). Some are outside Singapore. We require them to protect the data to a standard comparable to the PDPA. Our Privacy Policy lists them.
- We may use data that has been made anonymous (it can no longer identify any person or shop) to understand and improve Venoo.
8. When you leave
After your account ends, you have 30 days to ask us for a copy of your bookings and customer list. After that we delete your data from Venoo within 30 more days. Backup copies are deleted within a further 90 days. We may keep invoices and billing records as the law requires.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Venoo to:
- break any law or anyone else’s rights;
- send spam, scams or misleading messages;
- collect data you are not allowed to collect, or sensitive data that a booking does not need (such as NRIC numbers, card numbers or health details);
- try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer Venoo, or get into accounts that are not yours.
10. Our property and your brand
- Venoo, its software, design and name belong to us. You get a right to use Venoo for your business while your account is active. You may not resell it.
- Your logo, business name, photos and content stay yours. You let us show them on your booking form and messages, and in Venoo while your account is active.
- With your permission, we may name your business as a Venoo customer. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
11. Service availability
We work to keep Venoo running all day, every day, but there may be short breaks for maintenance or problems outside our control. Venoo is provided “as is”. We do not promise that it will bring you a certain number of bookings or customers, except for any booking guarantee shown in your offer.
12. Limit of liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
- Otherwise, neither of us is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, lost business or lost data that could have been avoided by keeping your own records.
- Our total liability for all claims under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Your responsibility to us
If someone makes a claim against us because of the services you provide to your customers, or because you broke these terms or the law, you will cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we will email you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Venoo after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before they start.
15. Other things
- Singapore law governs these terms. The courts of Singapore decide any dispute, and we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at Meta, our hosting providers, or the internet.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our written consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over Venoo, and will tell you if we do.
- These terms, our Privacy Policy and your accepted offer are the whole agreement between us about Venoo.
